Schedule for the day’s events will be as follows:
8:15– 9:00 – Registration in Recreation Center Lobby (please arrive early shirts will be distributed)
9:00– 9:45 ~ Stretch, full court drills and 3-on-3***
10:00– 1:30/1:45 ~ 5 on 5 Games w/certified officials – each team will be assigned a coach and your jersey number will correspond to your rotation

Cancellation and Refund Policy

A credit will be granted up to 72 hours prior to the event with written communication of non-attendance less the $50.00 deposit. Credit less the deposit will be provided with a doctor’s note for an injury.

Within 72 hours of the event, the balance (less deposit) will be credited toward a future event (unless an injury occurs w/written documentation).

***No refund will be granted for not attending the event, canceling to attend another showcase on the same day, or failure to contact us prior to the event.

***There is a significant waiting so please contact us if your status has changed regarding your attendance.

Please note once we reach 135 players you will be placed on a standby waiting list.
